The Talent Attraction & Sourcing Specialist, part of our recruitment marketing team, will develop sourcing strategies to efficiently deliver top talent across Ascension’s organizational footprint.

We're looking for a curious, creatively-minded, strategic thinker who works well independently as well as part of a highly collaborative and engaged recruitment marketing team.

Exceptional levels of professional communication, organization, flexibility, critical thinking, and creative execution are needed for the National Sourcing Specialist to be successful.

 

In this Talent Acquisition role, you will develop sourcing strategies to source passive and active candidates, through various channels and methods, to engage with leads and ultimately fill a variety of critical-hire positions across Ascension. Additional recruitment-focused responsibilities include:

Define, design and help implement the sourcing strategies to build talent pools of specific candidate requirements.Test new technologies and tools for active and passive candidate engagement.Track results, document wins + opportunities, and drive success through superior communication and partnership-building techniques.Partner with talent advisors and team members to generate ideas and share information to facilitate an effective search process and ensure a successful campaign or initiative.Keep abreast of sourcing best practices and continuously consider out of the box ideas to generate top-caliber talent

Heavy emphasis on national recruitment campaigns and initiatives to meet the needs of our organization, which includes sourcing leads, conducting initial discovery calls to engage talent, ensuring a great candidate experience as leads funnel through the hiring process, along with cultivating a successful partnership with our Talent Acquisition partners across Ascension markets.


Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences 2+ years Healthcare Sourcing or Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experienceExperience with resume data platforms such as HireEZ, Linkedin, Indeed Experience with Boolean recruitment searches
