Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Consultant - University Relations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in attracting top talent and fostering strong relationships with universities and professional organizations. You will work in our Katowice branch, reporting to Talent Acquisition Manager and supporting EMEA TA team.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative strategies to attract, recruit, and retain a diverse pool of interns and entry-level talentPlan and execute recruitment presence at events like career fairs, within established budgets and across functions and leadershipDrive brand awareness and attract strong candidates by developing creative marketing and communicationsCoordinate internship and co-op programmingCommunicate with hiring managers on expectations and how to develop meaningful projects that align with students' academic pursuits and career aspirationsManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate relationship managementEnsure compliance with legal requirements while maintaining accurate documentationUtilizing data and other feedback, review and update universities, organizations, and academic program partnerships annual to ensure alignment with the company's industry focus and technological advancements

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Fundamental understanding of campus recruiting best practices, processes, timelines, event management and early talent marketAbility to build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, college career services, and community organizationsStrong interpersonal and relationship management abilitiesExperience in employer branding activities

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

Marketing or graphic design experienceFamiliarity with WorkDayExperience with social media and talent brand
