Talent Consulting Lead

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Talent Consulting Lead will partner with senior consultants to determine analytic approaches and project plans for clients, while also serving as a technical contact for data-related issues.

We will count on you to:

Brainstorm and determine the analytic approach and project plan for prospects and clients.Lead clients in resolving data issues that arise during the review of submitted client data.Serve as the day-to-day technical contact to address issues or discrepancies with data.Act as an expert advisor in designing data structures using SAS programming for efficient statistical analysis.Perform advanced statistical analysis, including regression modeling and additional statistical tests using SAS.Develop customized client reports based on statistical analysis outcomes and create new slide templates and SAS code for report displays.

What you need to have:

Minimum of 12 years Post Qualification experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 6 years specializing in Talent Management.A strong commercial mindset.Experience in talent assessment and engagement frameworksExpert in skills and competency frameworks.
