**ABOUT THIS POSITION**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team in attracting and onboarding top talent. This role is vital in partnering with the Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure a seamless recruitment process and fostering a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate Waystar values and competencies, including collaboration, drive for results, and communication skills.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
+ Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers .
+ Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
+ Assist in managing our team member referral program.
+ Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
+ Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
+ Coordinate candidate travel arrangements as necessary.
+ Collaborate with the People team on various initiatives to enhance the recruiting process.
+ Assist in preparing reports for leadership on recruitment trends and candidate pipelines.
+ Initiate candidate assessments and background checks
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
+ 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources support.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
