Job Summary:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectivesOversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processesEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policiesFoster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement initiativesManage performance appraisal systems to support employee developmentHandle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary proceduresDevelop and oversee compensation and benefits programsProvide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
Required Skills:A completed vocational trainingFirst experience in HR especially in the hotel industry is an advantageVery good German and English language skillsPositive charisma and enthusiasmAbility to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and resilienceHost qualities - and these characterize you in particular!A well-groomed appearancePassionate ability to care
