Job Description
Determining and implementing Talent & Culture strategies and targets,Managing all human resources processes within the hotel,Coordinating HR activities such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations,Developing strategies to increase employee satisfaction and engagement,Implementing and monitoring occupational health and safety policies,Organizing employee training and development programs,Preparing HR reports and presenting them to upper management,Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry,In-depth knowledge of human resources management and processes,Strong communication, and problem-solving skills,Proficient in MS Office programs,English proficiency,Team-oriented, solution-focused, and strong interpersonal skills.Graduated from the relevant department of the university
