Conduct job evaluations, model salary increases, participate in salary surveys, collect internal and external data, and conduct other analyzes to provide input into managerial decisions about the organization's compensation and benefit programs.erve as technical mobility expert in LATAM region, including immigration and relocation compliance. Could be based in Mexico City or Lima, Peru. **What You’ll Do** + Serve as technical mobility expert in region leveraging expertise in the mobility compliance space, including immigration and relocation compliance. + Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities of all mobility programs in region including assignment and transfer administration activities. + Advise business in region and help them identify applicable program and structure. + Provide mobility-related expertise, consultation and cost estimates for assignment transfer. + Support payroll and tax compliance process with outside tax vendor and payroll team. + Works closely with outside vendor to manage all international relocations. + Consults and provides relocation related expertise to hiring managers, recruiters, and business partners to facilitate their use of relocation policies, procedures and practices. + Assist accounting and payroll in the reporting and management of relocation accruals. + Identify opportunities to build know-how and leverage best practices for continuous improvement on Global Mobility. + Ensure adherence to corporate compliance, legal, and regulatory standards. + Provides ongoing reports, and cost analysis to assist management decision-making process. + Ensure operations and processes are both efficient and scalable. **Required Qualifications** Minimum Education: + Bachelor Degree + Fully bilingual: Spanish and English Minimum Experience: + Generally, +2 years of relevant experience + Excellent interpersonal skills Apply Now (https://www.jobs.abbott/) Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
