Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** Plan, design, facilitate, coordinate and deliver education/development throughout the Avera system. This role is responsible for collaborating with clinical and non-clinical employees and leaders to standardize content and delivery of educational/developmental opportunities based on identified needs. The Talent Development Consultant will facilitate and coordinate services related to career development of Avera employees and external customers. This position performs duties that support the goals and objectives of Avera Talent Development. **What you will do** + Plan, design, facilitate, coordinate and deliver competency-based education and curriculum for clinical and non-clinical employees and leaders. + Be a resource throughout Avera for education and development needs/opportunities. + Actively promotes and administers the Avera Career Planning Service ensuring timely customer service. + Supports and participates in career events such as job fairs to strengthen recruitment efforts in the community. + Partner with Learning Management System (LMS) administrators to utilize the Avera Learning Center and CE Portal platforms for education delivery. + Utilize activity evaluation data to assist planning committees in designing future education activities. + Collaborate on the development and delivery of programs with continuing education credits. + Collaborate with HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Total Rewards. + Provide recommendations for service, process and quality improvements. + Supports regional needs as agreed upon by Human Resource Officers and Human Resource Partners. **Essential Qualifications** The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
