**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Development Coordinator to support our regional talent team in this newly-created role. As a member of the Talent Development team, the ideal candidate will provide logistical support for training initiatives, coordinate updates needed within the Learning Management System (LMS), assist with editing training materials, and offer on-the-ground event support for training programs and events. This position is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient training operations across the organization, contributing to the development and growth of HUB employees.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Logistical Support for Training Events and Programs:**
+ Coordinate scheduling, venue selection, and resources for regional training sessions.
+ Ensure all training events run smoothly and efficiently, including managing attendance and participant queries.
+ **LMS Support and Coordination:**
+ Work closely with the Learning Operations team to support learning program access and data gathering. This includes uploading and updating course materials, tracking enrollment, and generating reports.
+ Monitor progress and completion rates, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
+ **Material Editing and Quality Control:**
+ In partnership with subject matter experts, edit and format training materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and improve existing content.
+ Ensure all training materials are accessible and compliant with internal guidelines.
+ **Event Support:**
+ Provide on-site or virtual support during training events, managing logistics and participant engagement.
+ Support trainers by assisting with the setup of virtual or physical training environments.
+ Gather feedback from participants to assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
+ **Administrative Tasks:**
+ Maintain and organize training records, including attendance, feedback, and certifications.
+ Support the development of training calendars and assist in tracking training budgets and resources.
**Qualifications:**
+ 2-3 years of experience in a training or coordination role, preferably within a corporate environment.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
+ Experience in editing and formatting training materials, and graphic design experience is a plus.
**Additional Skills (Preferred):**
+ Technology and systems savviness; ability to learn quickly and manage multiple systems to do your work.
+ Knowledge of learning and development principles or instructional design.
+ Experience with event planning or logistics.
+ Previous experience working within a regional or multi-location team.
**Work Environment:**
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days a week in our office in downtown Chicago.

_The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000_ _ _ _and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
