Inspired people, amazing designs, and projects with purpose. **Job Description** As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will support the organization’s talent development service area, shared services, and technical teams in developing and growing employees, leaders, and managers to build a strong, diverse workforce to foster an innovative and productive workplace. In addition, you will perform routine talent development assignments while using knowledge of the organization, processes, and procedures to develop solutions. Other responsibilities may include succession planning, employee and leadership development, team development, assessment tools, curriculum design, facilitation, training and development needs analysis, and training workshops. **Qualifications** **You are passionate about:** + Working collaboratively with others + Having ownership in the work you do + Using your talents to positively affect communities **You bring to the team:** + Excellent communication skills + Ability to contribute and work well on a team + Proficient in instructional design strategies + Experience in eLearning training development + Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite + Knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar tools is a plus + Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills + Ability to build professional relationships + Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills + Supports team members using guidelines and policies + Minimum 3 years’ experience in talent development + A bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, business administration, or a related area is preferred.
