Your New Role...
The Talent Development Manager will work on WB Animation’s Artist Management team reporting into the VP, Artist Management to recruit top artists and create best in class talent experiences for the animation studios.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Partner closely with Creators/Producers to understand their specific needs and develop a plan for solving for specific styles, aesthetics, and diversity requirements.
Build strong and diverse pipelines of candidates leveraging various sourcing, networking, and other research methods.
Own and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high-quality/maximum traction for Hiring Managers at all times while helping with development and studio culture initiatives.
Be an ambassador for the culture and aesthetic goals for both Warner Bros Animation and Cartoon Network Studios.
Execute outreach strategy to ensure we are meeting the talent where they are. Organize and support external and internal Studio events for a holistic Talent Experience.
Participate at a team level on discussions about shifts in global talent shifts and trends - mentor junior team members.
Develop, pitch and organize new Studio Events to promote community and cultural engagement.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience...
Work Experience
Minimum of 7 years professional experience in creative talent acquisition in animation (series, long-form, feature) required
Studio experience strongly preferred
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Knowledge/Skills
Able to own and manage several programs and projects with strong project management skills
Effective and articulate communicator comfortable partnering with multiple groups across both studios
Proficiency in Mac and PC
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Preferred…
Must have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.
Animation Union experience (839) a plus
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quickly-changing environment

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $93,240.00 - $173,160.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
