Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for people development specialty areas in the North American region, including performance management and talent programs.Responsible for annual performance management and talent identification processes, collaborating with business leaders to ensure that key performance targets are met, and the talent pipeline is aligned with business KPIs and leadership principles across all North American lines of businessCreate performance & talent review calibration strategy and facilitate sessions to guarantee evaluations are conducted following a fair, consistent set of guidelines.Execute and communicate effectively about Prysmian’s processes for performance management and talent identification and development within the region.Execute talent programs within the region such as the Build the Future campus program and the STEM it, Sell it, and Sum it experienced programs.Execute and communicate effectively about Prysmian’s global Mentorship program within the region.Communicate effectively across the organization, including regular presentations to HR audiences.Manage administration of talent reviews, career plans and succession plans for all talent in North America on consistent, recurring basisProfessional Qualification:
Min 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in talent management functionsBachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or related fieldProject management skillsStrong MS Excel & PPT SkillsData analysis skillsPrevious experience administering performance management and/or LMS (Workday preferred)Ideal candidate will:
