Position Overview:
As a Talent & Development Operations Consultant, you will be a key member of our global team, providing support to Talent and Development initiatives worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be managing the end-to-end logistics processes for Learning and Development, ensuring the delivery of effective programs and experiences. Additionally, you will support Talent Operations, including maintaining and optimizing talent programs and products to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Learning Experience Logistics and Management. You will provide consulting services for planning and executing instructor-led training, leadership programs, coaching, mentoring Education Assistance and other learning experiences. Additionally, you will support the maintenance and operations of all digital experiences, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Learning Management System. You will be responsible for creating and editing events, sessions, curriculums, and managing e-learning content on our Thrive Learning platform.
Talent Operations Support. You will assist in the maintenance and optimization of talent programs and products, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the organization and supporting the employee growth and development.
Customer Support. You’ll manage associates’ inquiries, handling more complex or escalated issues that require advanced knowledge and expertise.
Business Insights and Process Improvements. You will support the development, maintenance, reporting, and dashboard metrics for various programs. This includes generating reports, providing reporting analysis, proposals, process mapping, and reviewing metrics to make necessary enhancements in processes and service delivery.
Budget Management. You will play an active role in tracking the global T&D program's budget and expenses including tuition fee, logistical costs, and providing input for monthly chargebacks.
Documentation and Process Improvements. You will identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of T&D Operations processes, ensuring documentation is standardized and up to date.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience.
4+ years of work experience in HR or related fields, preferably in a multinational/multi-country environment.
Experience in events coordination, needs analysis, and financial planning and management (preferred).
Functional Skills:
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge in Learning Management Systems (preferred).
Ability to adjust to changes and set priorities to meet deadlines.
Demonstrates comfort in a fast-paced delivery execution environment where priorities shift frequently.
Self-starter willing to jump into challenging situations.
Focus on customer experience.
Attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
