**What You-ll Do**
+ Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate and attend career fairs, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication.
+ Assist in the back-end coordination of offers, promotions, and transfers by ensuring documentation accuracy and timely processing.
+ Support the end-to-end processing of candidates, from application review to onboarding, while providing a positive candidate experience.
+ Support the Talent Acquisition team by maintaining all systems, including job postings, ad listings, reporting and recruiting databases.
+ Assist with organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and special events.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
+ Assist with orientation as needed.

**Who You Are**
+ Bachelor-s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 0-2 years' experience in HR, talent acquisition, employee engagement, or a similar role.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office Suite for data management and reporting.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
+ Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset.
