What You'll Do
We're looking for a dedicated and dynamic Talent Junior Specialist to join our Talent Management Unit (TMU) for the Consulting Team. You'll be part of the A/C Talent Management Unit, helping a Talent Specialist to assist our (Junior) Associates and (Junior) Consultants in regard to all relevant HR and career topics. You'll perform organizational and administrative People tasks, whereby your service-oriented and calm nature will help you stay on top of things and handle different assignments in parallel.
You'll aid in content preparation and follow-up for career development meetings, including the creation of presentations and analyses, and be independently responsible for setup logistics. In the framework of deployment planning (staffing), you'll be in charge of coordinating consultant availabilities. Furthermore, you'll be independently responsible for the administration of consultant performance evaluations, where you will function as a contact for process-related questions, including use of our data system Workday. In addition to compiling and reviewing various HR statistics and summaries, database administration and maintenance will also be among your tasks. As a Talent Junior Specialist, you’ll act as a contact person for HR topics such as vacation. Finally, you will assist your HR coworkers with day-to-day operations and support projects in your area of responsibility.

You have a successfully completed a degree from a (vocational) college or university and/or commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources or communication.You also have some initial experience with operational HR work, preferably in an international, service-oriented company (including in the context of your education or training).You are highly proficient in MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel.Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.Who You'll Work With
You will be part of a 4-5 person team whose members are based in our Zurich Office. Our collaboration as a team is characterized by mutual support, regular experience sharing, and strong trust. Integrity is our highest priority. You will report to the responsible Talent Senior Manage who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development. You will also always be able to draw upon the experience of your other coworkers.
