About the Role
We are currently hiring for a Talent & Learning Partner, CSD (Customer Supply & Development). This role forms a key part of the global Talent, People Development & Culture HR CoE, reporting to the VP of Talent, People Development & Culture. Based in either Belgium, you will act as a key account manager and single point of contact for Global HRBPs and the business with the primary focus of partnering, consulting and enabling the global HRBPs and Leaders to drive the global Talent and People Development practices, processes and annual calendar.
You will act as a key account manager, assess and address learning and talent needs for the CSD organisation and provide valuable business insights to the CoEs to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of our talent and learning practices and solutions. In addition, you will support the people agenda by selecting the appropriate products to address learning and talent needs and ensure consistent governance with global policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to execute the global learning and talent strategy across the CSD organisation
Assess and address functional development needs, ensuring alignment with BC’s strategic goals and global Learning & Development, Talent & Performance Management products and processes.
Collaborate with the Learning & Development CoE to deploy learning initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and address function specific needs with solutions that meet their functional requirements.
Select, execute, and monitor talent programs within the assigned scope, ensuring they align with functional needs.
Manage and monitor the Talent Review and Performance Cycle within your designated areas, while identifying key talents and succession plans.
Implement tools for accelerated development within specific business areas, ensuring their effectiveness and succession plan readiness of key roles and top talent.
Work closely with business leaders, HR teams, and the CoE to ensure alignment and effective execution of Learning & Talent initiatives.
Analyze data and derive insights to enhance learning and talent strategies for specific functions.
Be an ambassador for talent, learning and development, foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, and encouraging employee engagement and retention
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance learning and talent strategies based on functional insights and feedback.
About You
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, HR, Economics, Psychology, or similar
Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior HR role (minimum 3 years in Global L&D / T&PM COE role)
Experience of executing learning & talent strategies in the manufacturing and / or supply chain space
