Southern Industrial Constructors Inc., is seeking a Talent Management Admin / Dispatch Admin based out of our Raleigh, NC office.  This person will assist our dispatch team and craft recruiting team with any administrative duties needed. Must be able to work well in fast paced environments. Multi-tasking and attention to detail is a must. 

Learn all employee’s crafts and skills set to ensure proper placement on projects. Maintain accurate day rigging project schedule. Schedule is adjusted as new projects are received to maximize the use of resources. Assist recruiters with sending job applications, scheduling interviews, directing phone calls, and any other duties needed Assist with any onboarding related administrative duties such as employee paperwork, drug screens/background checks, new hire orientation, etc.  Gather client / job information from Project Managers via FDC write-ups. Process write-ups and send to proper channels. Build and maintain relationships with employees and Project Managers. Maintain training records and site orientations for employees to ensure all training is up to date and to allow for quick identification of who has current training for a site. Coordinate with HR Coordinator to make sure all transfers are complete for proper arrival onsite. Conduct business and interactions with a positive attitude that projects the highest level of professionalism. Complete all HR requests forms to Recruiting. Assist in working on field employee’s time errors and discrepancies. Receive, organize, and schedule time off requests and submit PTO timesheets. Maintain and prepare weekly report for employees by project sites. Receive and handle daily requests from the tool room, warehouse, and mechanic shop. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, database management. Must be able to read, write, speak and communicate effectively in English at all levels of the organization. Maintain regular attendance and timeliness on a consistent basis. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple demanding tasks. Well organized.
