Job Summary
\r\nCollaborates with cross-functional partners and the Talent Management team to identify, design, and implement solutions that enhance organizational success. Acts as an advisor in talent management strategies. Utilizes diverse talent practices to optimize talent identification, development, and retention efforts that will foster workforce growth and development in alignment with company goals.
\r\nKey Responsibilities
\r\n\r\nCollaborates cross-functionally on talent reviews, succession planning, talent development processes, and performance management.\r\nEnsures team members are registered for training courses aligned with their individual development plans (IDPs).\r\nProvides guidance to team members and leaders on effectively integrating learning goals into daily work.\r\nRegularly assesses talent management data to identify opportunities, inform decisions, evaluate effectiveness, and track progress towards intended results.\r\nMaintains ongoing communication with the Corporate HRBP to collaborate on talent pipeline development for future role placements.\r\nPartners with management to design, implement, and guide talent management efforts within the Career Development Framework (CDF), including job content, career maps, and functional skills integration.\r\nCollaboratively designs a comprehensive onboarding plan/packet for leaders that familiarizes new team members with organizational culture, fosters a sense of belonging, and accelerates their productivity within the first 30/60/90 days of employment.\r\nAssists, supports, and educates leaders in navigating the organization’s performance management cycle and coaches them in conducting impactful review discussions. \r\n\r\nMinimum Qualifications
\r\n\r\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent\r\n3+ years of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role\r\nWorking knowledge of talent development best practices\r\nSkilled at utilizing competency and talent development models\r\nStrong collaboration, organization, and interpersonal skills\r\nAbility to coach, support, and educate leaders and team members\r\nSolid communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels\r\nAbility to review data to evaluate effectiveness of programs and practices\r\n\r\nPreferred Qualifications
\r\n\r\nExperience developing and deploying talent management programs across an enterprise\r\n\r\nPhysical Demands
\r\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and occasionally lift up to15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
\r\nWork Environment
\r\nWork is performed in a climate-controlled office environment with the option to work remotely at least 3 days a week. For remote work, the employee must have a dedicated workspace to safely setup and use assigned IT equipment, preferably free from distractions. The employee is responsible for ensuring adequate internet service is available when working remotely (the recommended minimum speed is 20mb download and 5mb upload).
\r\nThe noise level of the environment is usually moderate.
\r\nTravel Requirements
\r\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
