Talent Management and Learning Development Expert
The Talent and Learning Expert ensures efficient service delivery to stakeholders in line with Service Level Targets. They are responsible for providing quality, end-to-end service across all P&C areas, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key tasks include maintaining system data, preparing documents and reports, supporting communications, promoting the my JTI platform, and aligning GBS processes with current P&C practices. They also update SOPs for system changes, document new processes for GBS, and suggest improvements. The Senior Specialist supports project management for new processes and system improvements, acts as a Power User, and provides advisory and troubleshooting support for user or process issues.
What will you do?
1.) Ensure efficient delivery of Talent Management and Learning and services to all stakeholders (Entites, Regions, HQ, JTI employees) in line with agreed Service Level Targets.
Performance Reviews and Talent Review - timely completion and quality of reviews Training programs \ trainings – employee nomination, enrollment and completion follow-up Mentoring program - nomination, Mentor /Mentee matching, communication, etc.. Assessment administration in accordance with Global Assessment Portfolio Managing accesses and analysing utilisation of JTI Global Digital Learning platforms (Rosetta Stone, LinkedIn Learning, edX, Gartner, etc.) Mantaining local Learning Catalogues in Success Factors, managing employee enrollment and sessions follow up in Success Factors; - Providing reports with defined standards and templates Providing complex reports and collects KPIs Address TM and L&D related queries, act as internal TM and L&D advisor within their area of responsibility.
2.) SOPs and related Documents Updates
Talent and Learning Expert updates the related working documents and procedures if case of changes. Creates training documents, provides input to on-line learning modules, knowledgebase articles, one pager, etc. Proposes changes and improvement to existing SOPs. Creates if necessary new SOPs and other training documents and procedures.
3.) MyJTI Support
Talent and Learning Expert provides advisory support to JTI community on how MyJTI should be used, and what is the most appropriate and efficient way to request necessary services from GBS. He/she captures user feedback and address it to MyJTI power users for further system improvements
4.) Power User Support
Providing support to Requestors and helping to troubleshoot user issues Identifying and proposing process and system improvements, presenting changes to stakeholders Provides training to new team members Participates in the P&C related projects and GBS transitions
5.) Other Relevant Task/s
Perform the necessary onboarding/training/support activities for the new team members. Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
Who are we looking for?
University degree (Bachelour, Master) 3 - 4 years of experience in a multinational organization in a similar role. Hands on Success Factors experience is a must. Experience in a learning and development role is a plus. Fluent written and spoken English. Other languages would be an asset. Profound knowledge of Talent and Learning and Development processes. Good understanding of Talent and Learning principles is required. Success Factors knowledge is a must. Proficient Excel and Power point user. Strong presentation and communication skills. Understanding of process mapping is a plus. Strong Customer Service Mindset. Understanding cross-cultural sensitivities. Excellent team player, open minded and flexible. GBS related certification is a plus (Certified GBS Professionals Program, etc.)
