Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Our Clean Mobility BG is looking for a Talent Management/HR Coordinator for Operations - Apprentice for its HQ in Nanterre

In a challenging and growing environment for automotive industry (zero emission car, autonomous and connected car), and with international exposure, you will participate in the HRD initiatives and missions.

Under the responsibility of the Talent and Organization Development Director, the main tasks will be related to Talent Management and to Human Resources activities follow up.

Talent Management

Support to the coordination and the follow-up of the yearly performance review (interviews and objectives) at the BG level
Participation in the preparation of People Reviews and other Talent committees
Follow-up on recruiting and reinforcement plans
Manage HR Global Operations-TCS data: create reports and dashboards (scorecards, Plant Manager staffing tracking, span of control analysis, etc.) 
Participation in several projects dedicated to a specific population or process for Talent Development  (Plant Manager and Deputy Plant Manager assessments, Onboarding reinforcement, Employee Engagement, etc.)
Human Resources

Monitor and analyze headcount, labor costs and HR KPIs for Global Operations
Coordinate the VIE Program for Global Operations and TCS (covering needs assessment, onboarding, follow-up, and career management). 
Support the Employee Empowerment Network across the BG, working with EE champions in different countries/regions. 
The mission (apprenticeship contract) will start in September/October 2025 (depending on your school’s calendar) for a duration of one year.

4 to 5 HR VIE positions are proposed every year to foster talent, with a priority for our former interns or apprentices. 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Master 2 with an HR specialization
A previous professional experience in HR (industry is a plus)
Good communication, organization and planning skills
Team spirit and international mindset
Writing and analysis competencies
Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English
