About the Role:
As the Talent Management Director at Demandbase, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our talent and performance strategy. You will lead efforts in talent review, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Your strategic vision and leadership will ensure we develop and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
The base compensation for this position, not including the bonus, is: $150,000 - $185,000.
What You'll Be Doing:
Design and implement comprehensive talent management programs including, but not limited to, all performance- based and career development initiatives. Assess and evaluate all existing talent programs and identify areas for improvement that aligns to and advances our high performance culture. In partnership with other center of excellence (CoE) partners, develop, iterate, and program manage our goal setting, performance management, promotions, and talent review programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and facilitating continuous feedback and development. Create process improvement mechanisms including automation on some of the existing processes/ tools to ensure standardization and consistency as we scale. Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles. Drive change management efforts related to talent management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across the organization. Partner with L&D to drive training & enablement of People Partners, Leaders, and managers as we roll out new performance-based programs across the organization. Develop and utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent programs and identify areas for improvement. Maintain a consistent pulse on employee sentiment on the value of our strategy and ensure a people-first approach. Champion diversity and inclusion efforts to create a welcoming and equitable workplace for all employees.What We're Looking For:
10+ years of proven experience in talent management, human resources, or organizational development, preferably in a technology or fast-paced industry. Proven track record in building and managing performance programs end-to-end. Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective talent strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in data analysis and the use of metrics to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness. Experience in leading change management initiatives and driving cultural transformation. Strong executive presence.Benefits:
