Talent Management Intern
Atlantic’s mission is to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our communities, and as an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute directly to that vision while gaining hands-on experience in Talent Management. You will support our Learning & Development side of the team in enhancing training programs, content creation, and internal communication efforts. + Assist with internal class coordination, including arranging dates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for all of 2025, adding classes to the Learning Management System (LMS), Coordinating invites, logistics, and technical support for hosted classes or virtual meetings + Order catering for events or trainings as needed + Support marketing campaigns related to team member training, leadership development and other targeted programs + Redesign and update content on the Compass website (AHS YOUniversity 2.0) + Design marketing brochures and flyers (flyers for both targeted classes promotion and flyers that include all classes for that specific month) + Assist with creating internal communications to promote upcoming learning opportunities + Standardize and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) + Create and update content for training materials + Support the design and implementation of ongoing training programs + Help create visual aids or e-learning modules (e.g., infographics, slide decks, video content) for training courses + Partner with LMS Admins on testing modules in Oracle for potential bugs and ensure an overall positive user experience + Monitor, track, and report on training participation and completion within the LMS + Research new learning and development trends to propose innovative ideas for training improvements + Help with tracking and managing learning resources, including training materials and documentation + Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to support L&D strategy development + Other duties as assigned + Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited public or private College/University + Be in good academic standing + Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2025 - August 2025 + US Citizen or permanent resident + Available to work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship + Proficient with Design Software (Canva, PowerPoint) + Experience or interest in learning management systems (LMS) is a plus + Strong communication, writing, and public speaking skills + Detail-oriented and organized + Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment + Motivated to learn and grow professionally within a dynamic healthcare environment + Creative thinking and ability to propose new solutions for improving training processes EEO STATEMENT Atlantic Health System, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer and federal contractor or subcontractor and therefore abides by applicable laws to protect applicants and employees from discrimination in hiring, promotion, discharge, pay, fringe benefits, job training, classification, referral, and other aspects of employment, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity and sexual orientation), national origin, citizenship status, disability, age, genetics, or veteran status.
