Talent Management Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the annual performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, timeline and communications.Create and implement talent programming initiatives that support our talent management strategy and enhance our talent pipeline.Identify & support high potential talent through succession planning and professional development planning.Use data analytics to inform talent management decisions and strategies, and to measure the effectiveness of career development, talent marketplace, and talent experience initiatives.Assist with executive leadership meetings through presentation creation, data maintenance and developing follow-up action items for critical roles, succession plans and talent pools.Develop short- and long-term strategic plans with measurable milestones

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience5-7 years’ experience in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, HR or Talent ManagementExperience using a Talent Assessment frameworkPreferred:  Change Management CertificationPreferred: Project Management Certification

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES

Ability to engage and assess needs of key stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret data and translate insights into engaging storylinesExcellent organizational skills, paying particular attention to detail, deadlines and prioritiesFlexible and resilient in an ambiguous environmentAbility to handle confidential and highly sensitive informationStrong learning agilityUnderstanding of competencies/capabilities/behaviors and development planningExcellent verbal and written communication skills
