Talent Management / Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Advanced Specialist
The Talent Management & OE Specialist will own and manage the design and implementation of many of our core talent management and organizational effectiveness (OE) processes. This role will partner with the rest of the Global Talent Management team and Human Resource business partners to improve talent management & OE processes and support organizational development and development for all employees.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
Design and improve talent management & OE processes and tools that enable more effective organizations, employees and leaders.Define and manage global timelines for key processes. Develop and monitor effectiveness metrics.Develop global communications and resources for varying levels of leaders to introduce, guide, and manage talent management & OE processes.Partner with key stakeholders to collect feedback and improve processes.Partner with key stakeholders to collect feedback and improve processes.Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and seminars (as needed) to enhance leadership skills and capabilities. Utilize data-driven approaches to measure the impact of development initiatives and make informed recommendations.Provide coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders within the organization.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in talent management and organizational effectiveness.Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization. Qualifications:Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management and OE Experience with Success FactorsWorking knowledge of general talent management practices, including talent assessment, performance management, succession planning, and leadership assessment tools (360). Ability to provide information effectively through email and presentations. Ability to prioritize, manage timelines and multi-task in a fast paced and challenging environment to meet deadlines. Proven experience in leadership development roles. Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and change management. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting, analysis, audits, and presentations.
