What you will do:
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Talent Management Partner in the People Team you will be in charge of:

Ensure timely and accurate updates to HR systems, maintaining data integrity and meeting critical deadlines to  support seamless talent processes and reporting.

 Develop comprehensive guidelines and facilitate meetings to effectively communicate and update employees on Talent processes, fostering understanding and alignment.

Coordinate the roll out of the performance management cycle and goal setting .

Support the design, implementation, and coordination of talent reviews across the organization to identify high-potential employees and development opportunities.

Perform in-depth data analysis to enhance Talent processes and support informed decision-making. Ensure regular status reporting of all core talent processes to key stakeholders.

Partner with COEs and HRBPs to roll out HR programs (e.g. Performance Reviews, Engagement surveys, Recognition program, etc.

Provide consultative support and guidance to managers on the implementation of core HR/Talent programs.

What you need to succeed:

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields plus 4+ years of progressive HR experience in a high speed, high growth environment.

Strong analytical skills, fast-learner, with high attention to detail and focused on results and productivity.

Project management and execution skills: you are very organized, rigorous, dynamic and proactive.

A critical thinker: asks lots of questions to uncover why things happen in a certain way to add value.

You are solution-oriented and you are not afraid to take on new challenges.

Strong communications and relationship building skills to effectively support and connect with employees in many different teams.

Advanced knowledge of Google Suite (GSheet, Word, etc) is no secret for you either!

Looker studio knowledge is a plus!

Proficient English speaker!
