General Summary
Ensures the seamless day-to-day operations and analysis of the assigned talent management program. Serves as the point of contact with ensuring compliance, data integrity and data analytics are met. Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for their assigned program.

Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
5 years Education or healthcare PreferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams) and ability to quickly learn new applicationsExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the capable of handling and coordinating multiple tasks and projects at the same timeStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work independently to accomplish work with minimal direction and the ability to work at all levels of the organizationThis job is subject to demands such as tight deadlines, multiple and shifting priorities, and frequent interruptionsUnderstanding of program regulations and complianceBenefits Offered:
