About the teamWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join the Talent Management team and take ownership of designing, building, and delivering talent management programs that help us enable and cultivate our talent. You will play a critical role in shaping our performance strategy and driving initiatives to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent across the organization. You will be instrumental in executing and enhancing our performance management processes. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that performance reviews, goal-setting, and development initiatives are aligned with our business objectives and company values.
What you’ll do Responsibilities Develop and implement best practices for performance assessment and feedback. Continuously analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience. Partner closely with People team peers and leaders across the company to support the effective development, launch, and scaling of our programs, ensuring tight alignment across programs and initiatives. Minimum requirements Proven experience (4+ years) in program management, talent management, or organizational development, preferably in a complex and fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of performance management processes. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a track record of driving innovative solutions in performance management. Preferred qualifications Experience translating performance programs into intuitive, user-centric tooling. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing large-scale programs, with particular focus on change management and communications
