As an experienced Program Manager, you will play an essential role in executing the development, launch, and scaling of our Talent Management programs, including performance management, talent planning, succession planning, and career development. You will work collaboratively across the People function and engage with stakeholders throughout the business to ensure seamless implementation.

What you’ll do Responsibilities Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization’s current and future talent needs. Partner with senior leaders to define, refine, and articulate talent management program goals and objectives. Design and implement comprehensive talent programs focused on the identification and engagement of our highest potential employees (referred to as "Stripes"). Collaborate with People team members to integrate talent programs into existing management processes. Establish metrics and measurement systems to assess the effectiveness and impact of talent programs. Drive the delivery of talent management initiatives across all areas of Stripe. Create and deliver organization-wide talent management programs, ensuring alignment with partner teams. Utilize internal insights to enhance the design of talent management programs. Work closely with People team peers to synchronize programs and communications for an optimal employee experience. Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of talent management programs, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage training and development communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging for Stripes. We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Program Manager to join our team and take the lead in designing, building, and delivering innovative talent management programs. In this critical role, you will have a significant impact on shaping our talent strategy, driving initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, People Partners, and senior leaders, you will help ensure that our programs are effectively aligned with our overarching People strategy.

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, talent management, or organizational development. Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale programs within complex environments. Strong expertise in change management and communications during program launches. Experience in stakeholder management and engagement, with a history of building strong cross-functional relationships. Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing organizational or program needs in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to analyzing talent metrics. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities. Capacity to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of talent management processes, including succession planning, talent assessment, and career development. Awareness of current industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent planning and management. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proven record of delivering innovative solutions in talent management.
