What You'll Do

You will join the GTIC (Greece, Turkey, Israel, Caspian) Talent Management Team, part of the broader EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) People team. In this role, you will support your assigned cohort from their first day at BCG, overseeing their career progression and professional development. You will work closely with local leadership to understand office and business priorities, ensuring HR activities are aligned with organizational goals. This includes managing project staffing, fostering career growth, and gathering insights to set clear priorities and allocate resources effectively. A key part of your role will be understanding staffing needs and ensuring the right teams are assigned to projects, balancing client requirements with individual career aspirations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the broader EMC team to maintain alignment with system-wide business objectives.

 

You are good at:

 

Working with Turkey and Greece leadership to understand business priorities and needs to ensure that people from relevant cohorts are optimally placed on projects, to best meet client needs on one side and align with the personal career perspective on the other collaborating with the EMC team to also fulfill client need also at EMC level;Business partnering with the Career Development Committee for your cohorts, being responsible for supporting in all career development processes;Strictly cooperating with respective Career Advisors about career development processes;Acting as central contact for HR inquiries, connecting those needing further consultation with the right person in our HR expertise functions.

 

The role will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.



What You'll Bring

Relevant HR experience (at least 6 years) in a similar role in multinational context in professional services field, especially in consulting environment;Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Turkish and English;Strong MS Office proficiency;Solid understanding and knowledge of Turkish labor legislation;Natural attitude to represent a point of reference for all HR topics;Great passion for people issues;Good relationship management skills, with different level of stakeholders including office leadership and line managers based in other countries across EMC;Absolute integrity, discretion, and a sense of responsibility;Strong problem solving skills;Independent and structured working style and know how to best prioritize tasks.
