GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Supports the overall Talent Management programs that include internal development, new development and process improvement programs for home office and field employees. Responsible for the continuous improvement of development and retention opportunities to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the Company's efforts. This role is critical to our organization as it promotes the development of our most important asset, our people.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administer Company development and retention programs and services.
2. Design, develop and implement programs and initiatives.
3. Support talent management planning and reporting processes.
4. Manage change management process to include the methodology/processes associated with company- wide/functional projects impacting employees.
5. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
