Deluxe is excited to offer a paid Summer Internship Program for students seeking a challenging, meaningful, and supportive internship experience in Talent Management. This 10-week internship will provide hands-on experience across several areas of Human Resources and with the opportunity contribute to several strategic projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated master's level student enrolled in a Human Resources or related program to join the Talent Management team. This internship will focus on building and enhancing human capital analytics, providing program management support for our enterprise intern program and developing training resources for our enterprise employee population.
Assist in the development and implementation of human capital analytics tools
Provide program management support for the enterprise intern program, including planning, coordination, and execution of program activities.
Conduct research and analysis on talent management trends and best practices.
Support HR initiatives related to learning and development, performance management and succession planning.
Assist with the preparation of executive reports and presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR projects and initiatives.
Program Details:
10 week in-office paid assignment. Hourly pay will be $20/hr.
Professional development from dedicated program manager and peer mentors.
Small, selective program that allows for more focused attention and support.
Mix of individual and group experiences
Full commitment from senior leadership to ensure the program is challenging, meaningful and supportive.
Basic Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources or a related field OR Bachelor’s program with 2 years of HR or other related work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
