The ESS Talent Manager will lead high visibility\nleadership development programs and projects focused on ESS Talent Management initiatives.

As a Talent Manager at Energy &\nSustainability Solutions (ESS), you will be responsible for driving\ncomprehensive talent management strategies and programs to attract, develop,\nand retain top talent. You will partner with business leaders to identify\ntalent needs and support appropriate training, development, and sponsorship\nprogramming. You will work with the Directors of Talent to drive succession\nplanning processes to ensure a pipeline of high-potential employees internally.\nBy leveraging your expertise in talent management, you will contribute to the\ngrowth and success of Honeywell's workforce.
The ideal candidate will work in the Morris Plains, NJ OR Charlotte, NC office and will be required to work on a 3/2 work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by:Supporting execution of Enterprise level talent processes including goal setting, performance reviews, development conversations, performance management, and talent assessments.Managing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.Support ESS Talent management leader in leading succession planning in ESS across all levels.Staying updated on talent management best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
