About this team
Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition team seeks out people in the world that add to lululemon in values and culture.
In this role as Talent Manager, supporting the EMEA Retail team, you are a strategic partner to the business, finding both internal and external talent to foster to the growth of our organization. You will support our EMEA business, currently 10+ countries and growing, to hire our store leaders and beyond. Reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, EMEA and be based in our London office.
A day in the life:
Deliver both full cycle and sourcing recruiting processes for Store Leadership roles, as well as support for Educator hiring as needed with both quality of hire and time to hire at the forefront whilst prioritising candidate experience.Execute creative (uniquely lululemon), multi-channel opportunities for sourcing passive and active candidates Conduct interviews to understand the career journey of candidates and assessment of skills required for each role.Facilitate interviews, offering candidates rolesUse data driven approach to educate the business in hiring journeyCollaborate closely with the broader Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and People & Culture Advisors to ensure alignment on recruitment strategy, effective processes and active requisitions. Be an innate connector who loves to build talent communities and deep networks of diverse talent across industries and geographiesEnsures a positive experience in all interactions with potential candidatesFosters a culture of inclusive talent identification, attraction and assessment ensuring we attract and engage talent from diverse backgrounds and communitiesLives into and exemplifies the online & offline employer brand storyUser of global technology tools related to applicant tracking, candidate database and recruitment toolsQualifications:
Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including direct sourcing, social recruiting and traditional methodsExpert communication skills with experience presenting to leadership and senior leadershipStrong negotiation and influencing skills requiredExperience working with technology tools related to applicant tracking system, candidate database and reportingInnovative, curious and focused on personal growth and developmentNice to have but not required – in addition to being fluent in English, you are fluent in German or French.Leads through the Company’s core values of: Personal Responsibility, Inclusion, Connection, Courage and Fun.
