This is a 12-week internship during summer 2025.
We are seeking a highly motivated Market Researcher/Talent Sourcer Intern to join our dynamic Recruiting team and drive top of funnel profiles in addition to acting as strategic partners to our Recruiters and Hiring teams.You will partner closely with our Market Researchers/Sourcers, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers to ensure we successfully achieve the talent-density hiring needs for Coinbase by employing diverse channels to actively seek potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and cultivate a variety of talent pipelines for a wide variety of roles. This internship will provide hands-on sourcing and market data gathering experience, including strategic sourcing techniques, reviewing candidate profiles, developing effective communications skills, project management, and collaborating with key stakeholders for success.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
You will partner with Recruiters and other Sourcers to: Identify and build a pipeline of potential prospects for various Core roles and assess candidate fit against the specifications of a position Assist in sourcing appropriate prospects / candidates and how they match against the key selection criteria and support the recruitment process at top of funnel Assist in providing insights on the global external talent market Assist in the development of the job description, search strategy and target list of companies Assist in gathering relevant information regarding appropriate target companies Support the Coinbase employment brand and learn about employee benefits, salary, incentive programs, and our culture to share with candidates Utilize our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and other software to support your work Focus on providing a positive candidate experience by ensuring appropriate follow up and professional communication with candidates at all levels in the process Comply with all company policies and procedures Provide sourcing support for other Talent Acquisition colleagues as neededWhat we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
Previous internship experience in an HR, Recruiting or Business Administration role preferred Proficient in Google suite Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written Efficient multi-tasking and prioritization skills Critical thinking and problem solvingNice to haves:
