The PositionYour Opportunity:
As a Talent Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in positioning Roche as the employer of choice, ensuring the company stands out in the competitive landscape of talent acquisition. You will work closely with various stakeholders to plan and implement Talent Marketing initiatives, fostering sustainable and diverse talent pipelines to meet the future hiring needs of our business.
Collaborate with Talent Marketing Partners to anticipate customer needs and find marketing solutions for business challenges.
Implement talent marketing activities aligned with global frameworks and strategies in partnership with the P&C network.
Serve as the primary contact for tactical employer brand related questions and talent marketing content creation requests.
Manage end-to-end content creation, including copywriting, social media posts, blogs, videos, and graphic design projects.
Oversee relationships with internal and external partners (e.g., agencies, freelancers) to ensure content availability.
Lead creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
Contribute to building Roche’s employer branding through innovative Talent Marketing campaigns.
Who you are:
At least 2 years of experience in content creation and storytelling (text, video), ideally with an agency background.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or self-service tools, like Canva.
Strong experience in copywriting and creative writing.
Exceptional written and spoken proficiency in English and German.
Expertise in storytelling, with skills in video creation and graphic design being advantageous.
A BA or Master’s degree in Journalism, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
Customer-centric mindset, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for learning and growth in a dynamic environment.
