A minimum of 3 years prior recruiting experience is required, ideally in a Global HR Shared Services setting Ability to multi-task and handle volume hiring Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to target the most qualified candidates Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and familiarity of various ATS systems a plus Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with candidates, support personnel, and members across teams.
