Talent Partner Coordinator

The Talent Partner Coordinator will be part of the Talent Management team working on key projects supporting strategy, design and implementation of high impact talent solutions. You will have an opportunity to bring your ideas to shape and evolve the talent development function.

In this role, you will:

Increase the effectiveness and impact of our people leaders at Micron. We have a fantastic opportunity to shape the agenda globally; developing and delivering ground-breaking, world-class leadership experiences, which drive impactful change at scale.Partner on and lead cross-functional, programs in a fast- paced, matrix environment.Use instructional design expertise to develop high quality learning solutions.Build trust and impactful relationships with Sr. Director/VP/SVP level business leaders.Work across multiple functions and COE’s building alignment and agreement for key initiatives.Work closely with business leaders, Talent Development, Talent Management, Data and Insights to drive business impact.Using thought leadership, innovation and influence, develop solutions that solve real business problems, and translate those needs into actionable HR solutions.Act as a trusted and credible talent partner who anticipates needs and proactively recommends talent solutions.Provide leadership development expertise and consultation on organizational needs.Work proactively with critical team members, subject matter experts and partners to understand and validate business needs to inform design and continuous improvement of learning solutions.Design and facilitate meetings and training for the business teams as required

What you need to succeed

Educational coursework in learning and development models, frameworks, tools and solutions to increase leadership and team effectiveness. Including but not limited to: behavioral and culture change, talent management, change leadership, team effectiveness and coaching.Program management skills (preferred)Strong organization skills and bias for actionAbility to create relationships and partnerships with excellent interpersonal skillsMust be a current student. Working towards a graduate or undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing or Communications.
