The purpose of the Talent Partner Manager is to manage and optimize strategic talent partners and establish relationships with varied talent acquisition sources. This position partners with cross-functional TAPFIN teams and clients to provide strategic sourcing channels in talent attraction and retention to fulfill business needs.

Assist in defining the methodologies by which TAPFIN reviews talent partnersEnsure consistent approach across clientsCreate strategic plans for evaluating talent partnersUtilize data, analytics, and reports to develop strategies/recommendations to address client and program sourcing and supply channel needs Review data to determine which talent partners in the TAPFIN ecosystem should be “go to” partners based on partnership and capabilitiesIdentify innovative ways to partner with organizations who specialize in providing talentDevelop strategies to optimize client lists regarding all options of contingent workforce solutionsPrepare presentation of results regarding talent partner solutions for client deliveryMaintain best in class processes for talent partner management and look for innovative ways to set TAPFIN apart as an industry leaderMay be required to attend conferences to build relationships with talent partners and clients and to learn/establish new paths for talent partner engagementShare knowledge of best practices across TAPFIN for talent partner engagement, management, and strategies to meet client goalsWell versed in technology to prepare presentations and create solution packages for issue resolution within client and talent partner ecosystemNeed to navigate within the global, diverse, matrixed nature of the ManpowerGroup organizationDevelop and implement talent partner strategies to drive growth.Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the marketMuch of the day will be spent working on identifying talent partner solutions and responding to organizational requests.Remote role – must be able to perform well in a virtual team environmentIndependent worker responsible for meeting deadlines set forth by self, manager, business unit or clientTeam player who communicates well with peers to ensure everyone is delivering in a consistent mannerLimited amount of travel except for local events and meeting with talent partners or clients in market.Will be required to work at computer/on the phone the majority of day.
