Your role and responsibilities

Are you our new Employer Branding expert?ABB AS is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sourcing and attracting top talent while also focusing on early career recruitment and development. You will be executing talent recruitment in Norway and responsible for employer branding and talent programs. We are looking for you with a few years of experience with Employer Branding and some recruitment experience who enjoys working independently.Your main responsibilities will be:• Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team and HR to promote ABB and attract new talent• Event coordination: Manage and execute ABB's participation in career days and sponsorship events• Early Talent Programs: You will support the development and execution of early career programs, such as internships, apprenticeships, and graduate schemes.• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver high quality recruitment services.• Candidate Experience: Create excellent candidate experiences with a seamless recruitment process from application to onboarding• Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.In this role, some travel is required.

Previous experience with employer brandingSome recruitment experienceA bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, HR, or another relevant fieldIndependent and proactiveExcellent communication skills in Norwegian and English are required, both written and verbal.Enjoys traveling and giving presentationsProficient in MS Office
