Job Description

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Casual to join our team in Gaborone, Botswana. As a Casuals you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and tasks across our operations. This position offers flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in different industries.

Perform a wide range of manual labour tasks as assigned by supervisorsAssist in loading and unloading materials, equipment, and suppliesOperate basic hand and power tools safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentFollow all safety guidelines and proceduresCollaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely mannerAdapt to changing work assignments and priorities as neededReport any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly

QualificationsPhysical strength and stamina to perform manual labour tasksBasic knowledge of hand and power toolsAbility to follow instructions and work independently when requiredStrong work ethic and reliabilityFlexibility to work in various environments and adapt to changing tasksBasic understanding of safety procedures in a work environmentAbility to work in Gaborone, BotswanaPrior experience in manual labour (preferred but not required)
