Talent Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision

o Lead and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for talent acquisition systems, focusing on global implementation and optimization of the ATS (Oracle) and related talent processes.

o Own the global talent acquisition system strategy, ensuring alignment with Yum! Brands’ broader talent and organizational goals.

o Partner with senior leadership across Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT to prioritize key initiatives and ensure seamless execution across regions.

ATS & System Implementation

o Manage and lead the implementation of Oracle’s ATS platform across global regions, ensuring best practices in configuration, optimization, and user experience.

o Spearhead system upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives to support evolving talent acquisition needs.

o Own the system integration with other HR technologies, ensuring seamless data flows and consistency in candidate experience.

Global Talent Acquisition Processes

o Design and implement global talent acquisition processes that are consistent, scalable, and compliant across multiple regions and markets.

o Lead continuous process improvements to drive operational efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve the overall candidate experience.

o Collaborate with global talent teams to align regional recruiting practices with global standards.

Data & Analytics

o Leverage data insights to measure system effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for optimization.

o Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on the performance of talent acquisition systems, highlighting areas for improvement and innovation.

· Stakeholder Management & Communication:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for all talent acquisition systems-related matters, ensuring clear communication with global teams, business leaders, and stakeholders.

o Work closely with D&T, CPO’s, HR, and other relevant functions to ensure alignment and resolve any cross-functional challenges related to talent acquisition systems and processes.

 

Key Qualifications:

Experience

o 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role managing talent acquisition technology, systems, and processes.

o Extensive experience with ATS applications, specifically Oracle, and implementing talent acquisition systems and processes on a global scale.

o Proven track record of successfully driving global talent acquisition initiatives and system implementations.

o Strong knowledge of recruitment workflows, data management, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Skills

o Exceptional project management and product management skills, including the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

o Expertise in Oracle talent acquisition systems architecture, data integration, and reporting.

o Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform decision-making.

o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and influence process alignment and standardization.

o Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while managing competing priorities.

Education

o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

o Certifications in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.

o Oracle HCM Cloud Certification

 

 

Salary Range: $107,800 to $126,700  annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
