Talent Programs Senior Manager (Flex Office/Home)

Oversee the design of talent management solutions for our company, including performance management, engagement, and diversity. Work collaboratively as a member of the division leadership team to attain division and our goals and deliver quality services to our organization. You will report to the Talent Programs Director in this role.
Position Compensation Range:
$109,000.00 - $186,000.00

Primary Accountabilities
+ Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by promoting trust, transparency, and inclusion. Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support ongoing development.
+ Lead with influence and expertise. Contribute to division or department leadership team. Communicate and support organization mission, vision, values and policies.
+ Work with organization leaders to develop the philosophy and strategy for the employee value proposition and talent management programs, including performance management, engagement, and diversity. Ensure programs meet organizational goals.
+ Oversee the design, development, and delivery of talent management programs that are work-based, relation-based, and to support the corporate strategy and organizational priorities.
+ Manage a team responsible for ongoing program management, ensuring that program offerings are client-focused, user-friendly and add value.
+ Strive to improve talent program knowledge base, incorporating best practices and trends identified through industry research by staff. Keep up to date with changing work environments ad priorities.
+ Partner to ensure implementation of programs across the organization. Oversee the development of program communications and ensures consistency across the company.
+ Evaluate talent management program effectiveness to determine business and performance impact to organizational leaders. Review reports and uses metrics to measure program performance.
+ Partner with the analytics area to ensure data agreement on talent programs and organizational strategies.
Specialized Skills Requirements
+ Demonstrated experience providing customer-focused solutions or service.
+ Demonstrated experience managing large projects (planning, organizing, and managing resources to complete specific project goals).
+ Demonstrated experience with talent management and development strategies, methods and best practices.
+ Demonstrated leadership experience, including people or project management.
+ Solid knowledge of workforce engagement philosophies and principles.
