The Talent Project Specialist, reporting to the Vice President of Talent Development, plays a pivotal role in driving the department's success. Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a salary of $75,000-$80,000, in addition to a full benefits package that includes:

SPECIFIC DUTIES
Program Management:
Organize and facilitate all aspects of training experiences that impact the organization’s strategic goals, including logistical arrangements, catering services, and room setup. Analyze complex operational challenges and develop solutions to improve processes, policies or workflows. Make independent decisions regarding resource allocation, project prioritization and risk management within assigned scope. Develop project timelines, allocate resources and ensure milestones are met. Prepare, analyze and manage program budgets. Manage vendors, suppliers or service providers to achieve the best outcomes for the organization. Provide administrative support to trainers and ensure seamless communication with participants before, during, and after training sessions.
Project Management:
Support the planning, tracking, and successful completion of all Talent Development projects in collaboration with the project manager. Utilize Smartsheet to manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
Analysis and Reporting:
Develop, update, and maintain dashboards to monitor and report on program key performance indicators (KPIs). Deliver insightful data analysis to inform departmental decision-making.
Administrative Support:
Create, evaluate and implement standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance. Support change management initiatives. Manage weekly and monthly accounting tasks, including cost transfers, invoice processing, and other financial needs. Procure and maintain office and departmental supplies. Oversee and maintain the department calendar to ensure effective scheduling and coordination. Handle department mailings and other correspondence efficiently.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or 5+ years relevant experience. Proficiency in project management software, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet required. Work experience in Human Resources and/or Learning and Development Department required.
