Talent Relations Intern - Winter 2025

About the Role

Attend recruiting and branding events on partner sites and virtually to help generate leads for full-time and internship roles.Support the development and maintenance of relationships with business partners to effectively support recruiting needs and promote the organizational brand.Coordinate recruiting event participants with internal teams to ensure subject matter experts from different business areas can attend to help drive talent to the organization.Assist in conducting internal events for partners (university, veteran, local/regional/national organizations, etc.) throughout the calendar year to help attract talent into the organization.Communicate effectively with recruiters to support hiring needs.Assist in vetting and reviewing candidates from events to determine if they meet the needs for open roles.Help obtain leads and drive candidates to the careers website to increase interest in open roles at the organization.Share best practices and generate ideas to share at team meetings for the benefit of the team.Attend local educational events to network and stay up-to-date on current trends in supported field(s).Organize and lead team meetings, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.Participate in internal strategy meetings focused on recruiting early talent, contributing valuable insights and ideas.Generate and analyze reports on event attendance and outcomes, sharing these insights with Recruiters and Talent Relationship Managers.Manage candidate flow into Recruiting Streams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Utilize our CRM to create and manage recruiting campaigns, enhancing our outreach efforts.Develop engaging one-pagers, PowerPoint presentations, and templates to support various recruiting initiatives.

About You

Minimum Qualifications:

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior internship experience in recruiting or relationship management.Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday, even in a limited capacity.
