Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us . **Position Summary** The Talent Research Partner is part of the Global Sourcing & Pipeline team responsible for non-executive and executive positions. As a talent advisor, the Research Partner will be responsible for developing layered research strategies to support the needs of the business. The Research Partner will work globally with Sourcers, Recruiters, and Hiring Leaders to shorten the selection process by delivering strong market research, including broad candidate mappings and an understanding of the talent landscape. This role will support the enterprise needs of the business, including Commercial, Global Drug Development, Research & Early Development, Global Product Development & Supply, and Enabling Functions. **Key Responsibilities** + Develops and executes candidate generation strategies. Utilizes tools, practices, and expertise to identify and manage diverse talent pools. + Support development and execution of sourcing strategies to identify talent and/or passive candidate pools to meet short and long-term business staffing forecasts. + Builds and maintains a competitive intelligence database, qualifying and extracting information from multiple data sources, to provide candidate target lists for focused recruitment. + Produces new search methodologies and tools, analyzes their value to recruiting efforts, and recommends strategies and tactics for strategic candidate generation and cultivation. + Applies an in-depth understanding of company and competitive intelligence and organizational structures insights to drive effective talent engagement and acquisition. + May manage all phases of research projects, including internal consulting, developing a project plan, providing research expertise, and working with Recruiters/Sourcing & Pipeline team members to develop executive summaries of results. + Utilizes data storytelling techniques to present research findings and market insights in a compelling and actionable manner to stakeholders. + Analyzes and interprets data trends in the global business, economy, and employment marketplace to identify issues and opportunities to enhance recruitment strategies. + Partners with the talent strategy & innovation team on the management of sourcing channels to build diverse candidate pipelines utilizing various sourcing methodologies, channels, tools, and technologies. + Provides sourcing expertise, as well as input on external trends and best practices, to TA teams across the globe. + Responsible for data integrity within the applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management systems, and other related tools. + Liaises with Recruiters and TA leads to understand the objectives of participation in industry conferences and congresses. Supports participation in conferences and congresses as required. **Qualifications & Experience** + Bachelor's degree required, concentrations in Data Analytics and Visualization a plus + Minimum of 0-2 years of HR/ Operations/ IT experience are welcome + Experience in a Pharmaceutical/Biotech environment strongly preferred. + Demonstrated ability to research ad hoc market intelligence data to provide information (talent market trend, competitor insights, opportunity, etc.) to be used at the business strategy level. + Excellent at building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines. + Good level of knowledge of full life cycle recruiting activities, including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, and networking. + Strong understanding of technology and experience using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, social media, and other predictive tools. + Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment strategies and decisions. + Experience in creating data-driven reports and visualizations to communicate insights effectively. **Minimum Requirements/Knowledge Desired:** + Bachelor's Degree + Consulting skills/impact and influence abilities/strong stakeholder management skills, strong organizational and time management skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills. The starting compensation for this job is a range from $69,000 - $85,000 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
