Our Talent Scout team build and execute targeted sourcing plans, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future multilingual hiring positions across EMEA. They will utilize a strong candidate-centric focus to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with TA leaders, managers and recruiters and leverage our technology platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline aligned to current and future talent needs.

You’ll report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you’ll impact the business through your sourcing initiatives. 

During a Typical Day, You’ll:

Implementing high-volume, multilingual sourcing strategies to attract candidates that meet our client's specificationsProactively source candidates via job boards, social networks and other toolsBuild and maintain a talent pool for our key roles and languagesConducting comprehensive market and competitor’s analysisMeasuring and reporting on sourcing metricsManaging internal referrals

What You Bring to the Role:

At least 1 years’ experience in a talent sourcing roleDemonstrated experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, social recruiting, engaging candidate outreach)Excellent English skills, written and spoken; A second EMEA language is advantageousExperience with Taleo or similar ATSExperience in multinational environment (especially in BPO sector) as a plusExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAdaptable individual who can work in a fast-paced, change driven environmentPositive attitude and drive for successStrong attention to detail
