Talent Solutions Consultant
AON's Talent Solutions team in Brazil is expanding, and we are hiring a dynamic and qualified consultant to further accelerate our growth. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from our office in São Paulo 3 times in a week.

What will a typical day be like?
Partner with SDRs and Account Executives to identify, explore and close talent-related opportunities at existing clients and prospects.
Serve as a specialist in organizational development and employee engagement, adapting our product portfolio to client’s needs.
Implement and conduct workplace culture interventions (e.g., workshops, training programs, public seminars).
Provide consultative sales support, leveraging technical skills to deliver world-class Human Capital solutions.
Ability to connect and cross sell AON’s integrated Human Capital portfolio (Talent, Wealth and Health).
Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless product delivery.
Utilize data and analytics to drive insights and improve client outcomes.
How this opportunity is different
This crucial role in AON’s Human Capital strategy combines client interactions, consultative sales methods, and technical knowledge to uncover opportunities for organizational development and employee engagement among clients and prospects through AON’s products and solutions. The position is responsible for influencing technical decision-making processes and providing outstanding service and inventive solutions to our clients in Brazil.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Proven experience and client success in organizational development and engagement consultancy.
Strong consultative sales skills with a customer-centric approach and solid business acumen.
Capability to collaborate and work asynchronously with cross-functional teams.
Technical proficiency in data analysis, CRM systems and digital tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced English, Spanish is a plus;
Availability to travel within Brazil as necessary.
