Talent Sourcer

Job Duties · Candidate Identification: Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to find and engage potential candidates. · Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. · Preliminary Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit before passing them on to recruiters. · Employer Branding: Communicate the company’s value proposition, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates to strengthen our employer brand. · Metrics Tracking: Measure sourcing effectiveness through defined metrics (e.g., conversion rates from passive candidates to hires) and report on outcomes. · Referral Management: Follow up on employee referrals and leverage existing networks for candidate sourcing.
