Cleveland Clinic Florida is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Talent Sourcer - Physician Recruitment to join our Office of Physician Recruitment team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to one of the world's leading healthcare institutions.
A caregiver in this position works the day shift from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
This position is open to candidates who reside in Ohio, Florida or Nevada
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Bachelor’s degree in business, a science specialization field or a related field.
Valid driver’s license (VDL).
3 years of related recruitment experience. 5 additional years of experience may substitute the bachelor’s degree requirement.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Very strong sourcing experience targeting Physicians.
Very strong healthcare sourcing skillset, able to provide metrics of # of conversion of prospects moved to candidates/offers.
Experience with multiple sourcing platforms (Social Media, ATS Systems, other recruitment tools, etc).
