Your day to day:

We're looking for a dynamic Candidate Sourcer to focus on sourcing and engaging candidates, ensuring they have a world-class experience from first contact to their initial meeting with the business.

This role is integral to building a strong talent pipeline and supporting our hiring needs across functions.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to capture detailed hiring requirements for vacancies and talent mapping needs.Design and execute tailored headhunting strategies to proactively source top talent.Conduct telephone interviews and assess candidates against competencies and cultural values.Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Google, and social platforms, for roles across multiple functions.Support recruiters in agile squads to meet business recruiting objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with the Resourcing Team, Centres of Expertise, and external partners.With these skills you are a great candidate: Experience in resourcing and candidate sourcing using diverse channels.Familiarity with Agile methodology for efficient collaboration and delivery.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).Proficiency in German (C1 level preferred)Sounds like the perfect job?
